Residents can generate a dedicated visitor invitation link with one tap and share it with guests via WeChat, SMS and other channels. Visitors can fill in personal information, visit purpose and arrival time independently by clicking the link. No manual entry or on-site registration is required, and the whole process is completed online.

To improve the service of public venue reservation, we have added a refund reminder function to complete the service loop and fully safeguard residents' rights and interests.
If you meet the refund requirements after using community public venues, you can submit a refund request directly in the corresponding order and remind property staff to review it with one click. There is no need to contact the property via messages or calls repeatedly. The whole process is done online without extra trips.
